On most systems you will get an alert directing you to approve installation using the information bar. Click OK.

Then near the top of the browser window, click where it says This site might require the following ActiveX control: 'facilityManagersToolbar.cab' from 'SOFTOMATE OOO'. Click here to install.

When you click a menu will appear and select Install ActiveX Control.

When it asks you whether you want to install this software click Install.
