Chapter 6 of the Energy Star Building Upgrade Manual focuses on lighting upgrades. The chapter addresses design, efficient light sources and luminaires, and controls, and it takes users through building an operations and maintenance plan.
The 37-page chapter is available at www.energystar.gov/buildings/tools-and-resources. The manual serves as a guide for managers to achieve successful improvements for buildings. The manual contains 13 chapters and more than 250 pages.
