PDA Mobile Forms
PDA Mobile Forms – Any inspection, checklist, questionnaire or form is instantly converted into PDA Smartphone Mobile Form that will allow data entry including text, numbers, date, time and with integrated pictures, voice notes, sketches and signatures. The form is then sent to a Mobile Forms server to be stored for later retrieval. A PDF report is immediately dispatched when sent to e-mails and faxes. The Mobile Forms can operate on BlackBerry, iPhone, PalmOS and Microsoft Mobile PDAs. If desired, the Mobile Forms app can be tied to your own server / database backend to integrate the data with your organizations’ other information.

PDA Mobile Service / Maintenance
PDA Mobile service / work order (WO) management – PDA Smartphone-based work order management with preventive maintenance. Service / maintenance technicians receive WOs on their PDAs, enter parts, service types, time, etc. complete the WO, get customer signature, if required, and send back to update the central database. WOs can be created from the PDA and either worked on immediately or sent back for dispatch to a different technician. Any WO can complete a Mobile Form to be attached to the WO (see RD3 Mobile Forms). Admin web portal allows WO load management, dispatching, reassigning WOs, created PMs, adding properties, adding equipment and much more. The Mobile Maintenance Forms can operate on BlackBerry and Microsoft Mobile PDAs.
