Metasys 5.0 – Johnson Controls’ newest version of Metasys (5.0) includes updates that allow the user greater visibility into building operations and energy usage. The upgrades also include a Ready Access Portal (RAP) that allows the user to view Web-enabled reports and summaries that are compatible with the iPhone and iPod touch’s Internet browser. All building occupants can access a customized view of HVAC, lighting or security systems through the iPhone’s interface or desktop computer.
