Hot water pressure at the Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront had steadily declined for years because of tuberculation, driving energy costs and guest complaints ever higher. Todd Roesler, the Radisson's General Manager and a 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry, knew that repiping water lines throughout the property would be cost-prohibitive, time-consuming, and disruptive to business.
