The framing is available for use in interior and exterior applications that require a 90-minute fire door. When facilities can return existing framing to a presentable condition, the 10-30 series insert framing can return door openings to a plumb and square condition to prepare the entrance for new doors. If existing framing is too deteriorated to leave exposed, managers can use the SL-70 capping system with the 10-30 series insert frame to cover rusted or deteriorated framing.
